Refunds for Pachamama’s Connections:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.*
* Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit prior to 30 days, we will also include the standard shipping charges in your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of your notification email, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not subject to refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation & Refunds for Pachamama’s Connections: Retreats
We do not offer any refunds or discounts for late arrival or early departure, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.
If you choose to cancel your participation in any retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
Because of the costs incurred in preparation for each retreat, we cannot compensate you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.)
Our policy is designed to be compassionate to your lives while ensuring the proper execution of all of our retreats and activities. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance to further protect you on your journeys.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
All payments made for registration (except the $500 deposit) are refundable if cancellation is requested 60 days or more prior to the start of the retreat.
Cancellation 45 days prior to the start of the retreat: credit for 100% of the cost of the retreat to be used towards another retreat within a year
Cancellation 30 days prior to the start of the retreat: no refund or credit is offered.
*All refund credit applied to future retreats is subject to possible increases in retreat prices. Any difference in price must be paid to apply credit to a future retreat.
Your reservation in any retreat may be transferred to the name of another person as long as the request is made 30 days or more prior to the start of the retreat.
The $500 non-refundable deposit may be transferred to the name of another person as long as the request is made 30 days or more prior to the start of the retreat.
Pachamama’s Connections has adopted a Covid Plan to ensure that our retreats are comfortable and safe for all attendees. This includes physical distancing arrangements for classes and meals, regular disinfecting of high contact areas and changes to the serving of meals. We request that if you are displaying cold- or flu-like symptoms prior to your retreat to contact us immediately.
All cancellation, transfer, and refund requests must be sent via email to email@example.com in accordance to the above time frames.

Workshop Offering Policy
If you cannot attend an offering workshop you signed up for, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. You will be credited the full amount of the workshop cost towards a future workshop.
Cancellations within a 24 hour period cannot be credited.
Healing Sessions Policy
Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the session.
No refund within 24 hours of the session.
Schedule Changes and Session Canellation Policy
Pachamama’s Connections reserves the right to change course schedules, locations, fees and tutors when necessary and to cancel classes, without penalty, for reasons beyond our control. All attempts will be made to notify enrolled students of changes. Courses with low enrolments may be cancelled (fees will be refunded).
